A nice size and fashionable units with a balcony. A huge variety of fab food at breakfast time.

Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about my quite comfortable 5 nights stay here. the food was great, impeccable service. Had good sleep at the double room with a balcony. the staff were excellent and knew their area.

Immaculately clean and cheap units with many bar, big window plus three big beds, and the staff were attentive. There was a great selection of fabulous meals. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

It's a wonderful brand-new hotel with incredibly nice staff members. The a double room overlooks garden and includes an electric kettle and a refrigerator. I recommend this venue if you travel to Hue.

Best aspects of my xmas stay: The room was spacious and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.

The room was a bit small, which made it feel a bit cramped. the shower being in the same space as the toilet and sink was a bit inconvenient, especially when multiple people were sharing the room.

We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, especially in the evening when the street was closed to traffic. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The hotel also provided laundry service, which was fast and efficient. we had a pleasant stay at Sapphire Hotel.
